Douglas J. Kelly Associates arranges permanent and construction mortgage
financing for all types of properties, including industrial, office, retail, multi-family,
condominiums and hotels, in loan sizes starting at $1 million and in excess of
$100 million. We also service a portfolio of loans for several of our lenders.
We specialize in getting all the pieces of a transaction to fit for both our clients
and lenders.
In business since 1988, our staff is highly experienced in all aspects of financing,
underwriting, closing and servicing loans. Although most of our business is in
New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut; we have done loans all
over the country as our client’s needs arise.
We are capable of providing our clients with expertise on local markets,
projection analysis, environmental solutions and ongoing servicing questions.
We also work closely with the real estate brokerage community to assist them in
analyzing their tenants and buyers prior to their leasing or purchasing a
property.
