ABOUT US
Douglas J. Kelly Associates is a full service commercial mortgage banking
company arranging financing for industrial, office, retail, multi-family,
condominium, hotels and land. Founded in 1988, we also service a portfolio
of loans for several of our lending institutions.
Our lenders provide
- permanent portfolio and CMBS loans
- construction financing
- bridge loans
- mezzanine financing
Our strength is putting the pieces of a transaction together from start to finish.
We specialize in working with:
- Developers - we arrange construction, acquisition, permanent and
mezzanine financing and stay involved in the deal from the initial
conversation through the closing. We also assist with any concerns that
occur with the lender during the term of the mortgage.
- Brokers - We have an excellent relationship with the real estate
brokerage community assisting them in pre-qualifying their users or
buyers prior to purchase or leasing a building.
- Owner-Users - We also specialize in arranging financing for owner-
users, many of which are privately held companies. We have the
experience and ability to analyze their financial statements and explain
the strength of the tenant to the lender allowing us to secure the best
possible real estate financing on the property.
