Douglas J. Kelly
President
Doug has over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate financing. Because of his
extensive real estate experience, he is able to guide and advise his clients through the
acquisition and development process by way of construction, bridge and/or permanent
financing, whether it be via life insurance companies, commercial banks or CMBS loans, and
advise his clients with regard to environmental and structural reports, mortgage
documentation and the closing process.
Before founding the company in 1988, Doug was president of the David Cronheim Mortgage
Company and a solicitor for Midlantic Mortgage Corp., and Commercial Loan Insurance
Corp., a division of MGIC.
He has a B.A. in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin and currently is on the
education committee for NAIOP. He is also a member of the Mortgage Bankers Associates,
IOREBA and is licensed as a real estate broker for the State of New Jersey.
Barbara L. Schulz
Vice President
Barb has 30 years of experience in commercial loan underwriting, servicing, office
management and operations. She has been with the company since its inception in 1988
and is responsible for all underwriting and loan servicing for the company.
Prior experience was as Vice President of Operations for the David Cronheim Mortgage
Company where she managed the office, underwriting and servicing staff in four offices.
She has a B.S. from Iowa State University and holds a New Jersey salesperson’s license.
